Yields for student accommodation investments are usually higher than the average residential property.

Traditionally the major and popular student cities are offered. However, investors should not be persuaded by just location and higher than average assured yields, remember, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is! We always suggest investors should carry out their own research.

  • Student rooms that are in demand (always check occupancy rates)
  • Location – check the distance from the University to the accommodation and travel time
  • Walking distances and transportation
