Great endorsement for Kimpton Kawana Bay
On 7th October 2020, Prime Minister Dr the Right Honourable Keith Mitchell visited the Kimpton Kawana Bay site. During the tour, the Prime minister commended the project developers and investors for “creating this idea and executing it”. He stated that his government looks forward to the project’s completion and the resort opening to take place in 2022. He expressed that he expects that Grenada tourism will be revived in the not too distant future and noted that developments such as Kimpton Kawana Bay help to expand and improve Grenada’s offering.
The PM’s visit followed the Grenada CBI Committee’s recent visit, during which the Committee Chairman Mr. Chris de Allie commented on the progress of the Kimpton Kawana Bay development and its importance to the tourism sector that is vital to the country’s economic progress. Mr de Allie also noted that the Committee are very impressed by what they have seen.
The remaining properties for sale are all Multi Title units priced at the minimum investment amount of $220,000. Each unit comes with a title deed and the individual right to sell on independently of the other owners. The second buyer after 5 years will be eligible to apply for Citizenship by Investment (CBI).
