Grenada Citizenship by Investment Enhancement
These are exciting times for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program.
The Caribbean’s premier CBI program announced today yet another enhancement to the program with a new pricing option for investment in Approved Projects in the tourism accommodation sector (Section 11).
Beginning on April 1, 2019, the Citizenship by Investment Unit in Grenada will begin accepting applications through investment in an Approved Project with a purchase price of $220,000 USD plus the government contribution of $50,000 USD (for a family of four).
The Overseas Investor will be formally announcing details of this new offering for Shared Ownership Hotel Suite Investment at this lower price level next week, we are just awaiting certain pertinent details surrounding the price drop from the CBI Unit.
