Luxury Freehold Villa Investment Opportunity

This amazing award-winning adventure wellness boutique resort is located in Dominica and the first hotel resort in the “Nature Isle” to open under the Citizenship by Investment Program.

The opening of phase one was in June 2019. The remaining villas in the resort are on schedule to be completed by spring 2020. In total there are 120 villa suites and already 80% have been sold.

All of the villa suites consist of 400 ft² of building and 1,200 ft² of land.

Single Title Full Ownership

The developer is offering full ownership of a villa, priced at $255,000 and covers the minimum investment level set by the Dominica Citizenship by Investment of $200,000. The price includes all title transfer, recording taxes and closing costs. Government fees and due diligence are extra fees.

This form of villa investment means the owner holds individual freehold in a villa by title deed with the right to sell his or her ownership in the villa after three years and keep the proceeds of the sale and their Dominican citizenship & passport.

Under the freehold villa investment agreement, owners are entitled to one complimentary week use of their villa per year (additional use will incur a discounted hotel rate). The NET (after management, marketing and upkeep of the villa) rental income will be divided evenly between the resort and the owner of the villa.

There is no out of pocket money for investors after the purchase of the villa and villas are sold with the agreement that they are to be used to accommodate the resort’s guests.

Luxury Hotel Resort Accommodation

The hotel resort accommodation will comprise of luxury villas. All villas are furnished with a bed, bedding, natural furnishings and chaise lounge, as well as a spa bathroom with raindrop shower-head. There is also luxury body products, coffee and tea station, mini-fridge and a spacious patio to enjoy the spectacular scenery.

The resort will also have an infinity pool, restaurant, bar, 14 private spa suites, 2 yoga studios (one of the top 3 yoga retreats in the world by Conde Nast Traveler), reception, gift shop, recreation hub/activities centre, gym and walking trails.
