Studio units are available for purchase at US $800,000.00 or US $200,000.00 for a one-fourth ownership a studio unit. The client can decide on one of the following options;
- Place the unit in the normal rental pool. Net rental proceeds are remitted bi-annually or
- The guaranteed leaseback option – the management company leases the unit for a 7-year period for a lease value of US $29,400 (representing a monthly lease of US $350 per month for 7-years that the client has to retain the unit to retain eligibility of citizenship. In addition, the Management and Letting Company also pays the maintenance fees on the unit over the term of the lease. The full lease value is paid on completion of contracts when purchasing or you can choose to have this amount deducted from the outstanding amount due on the unit at the time of closing, reducing your initial cost of your Citizenship application.
